Common Discipleship & Uncommon Friendship
We want to cultivate a space where we encounter Jesus with people who are different than us, and as we do, we discover that our discipleship actually looks very similar.
Common discipleship means everyone participates in worship.
Uncommon friendship means the youth eat dinner alongside people who are homeless and in recovery.
Uncommon friendship means our oldest members learn from our youngest members.
Common discipleship means we cook together and play together.
“The fragile ships of middle class friendship often aren’t built for the storms of life, and we learn from uncommon friends with stronger ships.”
